I know it is dependent on who the cards is and how many there are but for instance, What would you expect to get in return for a Super Rare Jordi Gomez (28)? I received an offer giving me Green: Skrtel, David Silva, Weimann, Can and Sturridge along with White: Robben and Sterling. I feel like this is not enough to give up the Super Rare but am I wrong?
Thanks

That is definitely not enough. You should be able to get at least a few scarces (silver).

Yea that's not close to enough. You should be able to get quite a few rares or a few scarces. Or a nice mix of the 2.

Right now as the golds and scarces are still rare you can get a ton for them from the right buyer.
I got 2 Howard sigs for a couple. And they all have been offered to me! I got one for Matic and Fabregas gold. And another one for Müller gold and a few other solid golds.
You will need to know the popular players to get a good feeling for it or you will most likely be taken advantage of.
A few players also got traded away and their golds and silvers will be worth a ton since they are so rare and will be sold out. Remy and Agger for example. Same happened to Javi Garcia in the beginning of the season.

I took a really low offer on my Joe Allen Super. Trying to fill the rare awards and the offer didn't do it anyway. Sigh. But getting a Clint Dempsey rare I thought was almost equal to what Allen might score.
