I myself collect BOB cards and at the beginning I thought of them as the same value as any other insert.
However, with time, I have seen the community speak and I get the impression that the BOB cards are almost completely worthless.
Am I right? Where do BOB's rank compared to other inserts?
The reason I ask is because I offered a guy a BOB (500), along with 8 cards he needed for his 1 Aroldis Chapman GM (500) card and I not only got a decline, but I also got a message saying that I am crazy
and that I had earned one star....
Can anyone enlighten me, and help me understand BOB's value?
Thanks!

The high count bob's don't really hold much value, at least from what I've seen. The lower count ones (50 and below) hold a little value, although not as much as I think they should still.

I used to have Ellsbury BoB (50) And I got really luck by getting a Hunter Leather (67) But I thinks you should be able to get an Insert at 250 and under! Since I traded Phillips FU (350)

I have had 3 offers in past 2 days for my Indigo (400) BOBs for the same or near the sam circulation #s - 400, 495, 500. Maybe their value is rising?

The violet and black ones are popular when they are popular players, but I don't think their values are rising. I worked my tail off to trade for an Ozuna Orange (15), and eventually got it for a steal, but they fetch mid-tier sigs normally.
