Ray Rice should be banned for a MINIMUM of 2 years in my opinion. Vick got several seasons for dog fighting, Rice should get the same.
With that said, I am a firm believer in second chances. Rice needs to join up with a domestic violence outreach program or charity like Vick did, and he needs to work to bring DV support to women. He also should be a spokesman for getting professional athletes to remove it from their respective games.
I also think Topps should remove all his cards because if they dont it will create a 'market' for them which would be pathetic.

This Rice thing is BS. He and his now wife were both drunk and had a fight. They suspend him 2 games. There's another video of the incident and you people think he should be suspended for years? This guy did one bad thing, give him another chance. Also, why is he suspended and Aaron Hernandez isn't?

Fact that the patriots had a Hernandez jersey buy back was proof enough that he doesn't need to be suspended |

I think the NFL is probably assuming that Hernandez will be behind bars long after his playing days are done. As for Rice, I thought 2 games was not enough. He is also likely done. That video will probably make him unsignable especially since he is no longer a top back.
