I won an auction yesterday for some Felix Hernandez golds. I bought them because he's starting tonight and I need the points. The seller still has not sent the trade. Ive emailed him with no response. Is a negative feedback if I don't receive the cards by the time Felix takes the hill tonight unfair? Lmk

Lmk If his dispatch time wasn't "immediate" or "next day" then Yes it would be very unfair. IF he's set the dispatch time to 2-3 days then he would also win an appeal against the feedback. Also should take into account that unforeseen circumstances could have prevented him trading (Internet down, Phone stolen, family emergency etc). Always be careful before leaving negative feedback. Doesn't look great if you leave negative feedback and there's a genuine extenuating circumstance they reply with in the feedback section.

I would ordinarily agree but it takes 3 seconds to send a trade.

If their listing doesn't say he will definatley ship (next day) by tonight or specifically mention that he will send the trade before Felix's next game than you have no leg to stand on. Seller takes responsibility for making sure dispatch time meets their requirements. I state in mine that I will dispatch within 2-3 days. Now, I always dispatch same day (UK time) my Bunt cards but I list 2-3 days in case I have internet problems etc. If they don't ship or reply in the time stated for dispatch you have a case. What did the dispatch time say on listing?
