Why am i not getting my 30k from the brewers, rays, and indians set?

Are we referring to key sets? They have a one time award that has expired already for both Brewers and Indians. The Rays won't pay off til Wednesday

One time payout for duos. These 3 pay 1 pm on 9/23. Only way this is known is by the award listing. It's not in the release article.
