I personally like how they boosted the cards but seriously think there should be a plain postseason base set instead of making them inserts. I really want those giants cards but would hate to keep buying packs and getting granderson or archer commons it's the postseason for crying out loud

Out of 5 packs, I got 2 inserts....and they were both in the same pack. I wish there was at least one per pack.

I wish there was at least one per pack. exactly whats the point of having postseason base if no one can pull them except the paying guys watch end of the playoffs theres going to be base with less than 100 copies unlike last year when a lot of postseason cards had 1000's of copies |

I do like the cards, but the odds should be better and should maybe top out at 5x, 7x is a bit much. Either way, it makes those without the cards left in the dust.

I like the look of these cards a lot. I think it's ridiculous they're in different packs though. I'm wondering if all teams are going to be available for the entire postseason too. Say the Royals lose the wild card game. Does the AL wild card pack go away and the Royals cards with it? Or will now useless Royals boosts be available in later packs?

The cards are very nice looking. But I am completely put off by the fact that they have separated the packs like this for the WC teams. If they end up releasing the rest of the postseason cards in series packs, or worse, individual team packs, that will be enough for me to decide to be a free player for life. The pack segmentation strategy might be a good one for short term coin sales, but it will be the death of coin sales for this user.

Well, sadly I spent way too many coins on them. Got 75k from the last 3 team key sets and was going to save some. Just kept clicking. Ah well.
What I have....
Rare-Fuld
Uncommon- Harrison, Walker, Butler, Frasor
Common-Blanco, Peavy, Crawford, Norris, Dyson, Donaldson, Lowrie, Holland
So nothing earth shattering. Nice cards though.

New Postseason pack just appeared in my store. 10,000 coins, 10 cards, all postseason inserts in one pack.
I had 110,000 from the three key sets that dropped today plus my top 100 PTS coins, and opened 11 packs: 39 postseason cards.
Pretty good, I think.

The new packs seem much better. More cards being released helped I'm sure. I'm going to hold off buying more until they put the rest of the teams in though. The rates will be better when that happens hopefully.

On one hand, I want to save coins and buy these when all the teams are released. On the OTHER hand - the price of these postseason packs have gone from 5k to 10k, and now to 12.5k after they have included these Parallax cards. I "guess" I'm glad that there aren't 5 different packs for me to choose from to try and land postseason cards, but if the price of these keeps going up...

Just imagine the rage when you drop 12.5k and get 10 old base. Had it happen to me at the 10k price. I had better luck with the 7th inning packs. The 30k hurt but at least I was getting 5-6 post season per pack compared with 2-3 at most in postseason. |
