10 year anniversary of Red Sox winning 2004 championship...
three card set... cool, makes sense
The three cards:
David Ortiz -- makes sense
Bronson Arroyo -- huh? He was horrible in the 2004 playoffs. He gave up seven runs in 4 innings vs. New York and two runs in 2 2/3 inning in the World Series.
Nomar Garciaparra (who was traded midseason) --- WHAT?
You've got Manny, Pedro, Johnny Damon... so many choices and they chose Arroyo, who was awful, and Nomar, who didn't even play from August on for the Red Sox.
It probably comes down to digital rights and if that is the case, they should have just done one Ortiz card.
