So I've been running into this a lot lately. Maybe I'm just stupid, but, to me, when a person posts in the fan feed "Trading Bo Jackson Sig, auto is Triple, Kershaw, or a low count dual," that means, to me, if I offer a Triple Sig for Bo, then it should be accepted assuming I was the first person to offer it.
However, over the last several days, I've done exactly that, offered exactly what they asked for. Then I get the bubble with the "1" in it.
"Is there any way you could add another Sig?"
"Bo is a lower count, I'm going to need more."
and my personal favorite
"I really am not trading it, I just like getting offers."
Of course, I blocked all three, but I'm just curious, does anyone else run into this? Is it common? I really have not run into this much this year until the last two weeks. Just curious of BHK's experiences in situations like this.

Yes I've ran into this several times before. It gets really frustrating at times

I had one guy yesterday tell me that he posted it to find out who had it....and he countered with twice as much. I told him "declined, one star, and blocked". Not worth my time..

Honestly, I've become very frustrated with traders offering something and then countering with something completely different. "Take any nine white commons and leave an insert." I do, but instead of the auto accept I am expecting, I get a counter asking for 3 sigs for those white commons. That's ridiculous, and it's a pain, but the main problem is that the original offer was obviously only bait. The whole thing ends up being a waste of time.
I agree with tke96 - decline, one star, and block.
