I'm not sure how many of you know, but, I'm a Manchester City fan. But, this year, City has left me befuddled. The only explanation I can give is that there is something missing. We still continue to dominate possession but, we are some how not finishing even with BPL lead scorer Aguero. Sometimes we look like the team of last year, who won the championship in a tight race that ended very slippery (pun intended.) And, other times we are getting outclassed by bottom 3 teams like QPR, which is my next topic. While Chelsea look keen on keeping the invincible status, we are struggling to win against teams like QPR. If it wasn't for Aguero at masterclass, there's no telling how the game would have ended and without Aguero, we look very weak, and that is surprising despite the fact we have not only Jovetic, but Dzeko as well. Toure is what I truly believe as in the twilight of his career. We need better mids. Simply we need young, fast, energetic mids. It's a major blow that Pogba renewed, but we have to jump on Barkley as soon as possible. I feel that we may even have to sell Toure which is truly quite saddening. But, with a player on the downfall, there is no better time to sell him, as we can still get a good amount back. Not to mention City's awful Champion's league so far. They have been absolutely terrible. And, even as a City fan, I truly doubt we will make it out of the group stage. I feel that City is absolutely full of terrific players, as players like Scott Sinclair and Nastasic are barely ever seeing the pitch. We don't need revamping; just some retooling, and more youth. Otherwise, if we continue to struggle City supporters will inevitably start calling for Pellegrini's head.
