This pack includes 5 cards and a "Chance" of pulling a card with a picture of a stadium! 7500 coin's for 5 base cards! Nobody spend a cent on this pack and I think that BUNT will get the message! Not all of us have money to spend on virtual cards! We understand that you have a small developing team but don't expect money from anyone for these horrible packs!

Agreed. Digital cards have brainwashed all of us. Now when we open a "real" pack of cards, we think we hit the jackpot when we get 2 inserts in the same pack. People are spending hundreds on these digital cards while in reality, they could be getting very rare signatures and patches that they get to KEEP.

And the funny thing is, I just opened a couple packs of Topps Football 2014 packs (physical cards). I hit an average of 3 inserts per pack. Haven't pulled 3 inserts in Huddle ALL YEAR

This offseason has really been interesting. On one hand, it has produced some really excellent cards - Timeless Talents, Marathon Ruth Chase, World Series, etc. On the other hand, the price of packs, insert odds, and print run of almost every single insert has really been a huge factor in many people (including myself) to not go after these like we did during the season. Why does every single insert have to be Super Rare and limited to 250 with a 1:75 pull rate?
I miss the days when there were different insert chases for each level of collecting - basic, medium, and advanced. It's advanced or nothing these days. And don't even get me started on the ugliest card produced - Frozen Phenoms. What a joke those things are.

Seems like Topps' revenue of this app are frozen (inspiring the name of this set).

Frozen phenoms are to me something that was rushed and slammed together on Photoshop without much thought. Same with the Thanksgiving set and just wait to set what is rolled out for Christmas or even New Years.. I totally agree with those commenting about how you are ripping packs looking for just one insert.. what a waste when the majority of cards you pull are white/green/red/silver/golds you already have multiples of.. I look forward to early 2015 when you'll be getting multiple new cards per pack, if only because all the cards will be new.
I do like however that card rarity is relatively transparent, i.e. you know just how much of something is out there. I also like how responsive the collection is - i.e. after a big event (like a no-hitter) the card is almost spontaneous rather than having to wait until the following year for it. But this time of year - when everyone has already collected the base (it seems like anyways) the motivation to get packs is just a lot less..
Those are my two cents. John BUNT: JOHN1848

I bought quite a few coin packs when BUNT ran their Black Friday specials, but I haven't spent any of them yet. It's tempting when you're sitting on so much currency to go after some of these offseason chase cards, but as others have said - terrible odds, pack prices rising, and the fact that all of the 2014 base cards are really just flotsam now... to spend coins now would be to waste them.
My takeaway from this offseason is really just that Bunt is trying some things out to see what types of cards / rarities / pack prices would have traction next year. It seems like they really want to move toward a normal 7500-coin pack price, which would be tough - KICK and HUDDLE have pack prices that are now SO much more economical for paying AND FTP players. And I see that KICK is now giving you 2000 coins per day for a login.

I won't buy another pack until a guaranteed insert pack comes out. I've already saved over 100K in daily coins while waiting. I have no problem waiting for a LONG time. My luck in randomly pulling an insert is about non existant, so screw base cards, I'll just wait patiently until a black pack comes out or something, and then buy as many as I can.
