This board is for people who want to bet on a certain sporting event using TOPPS DIGITAL Cards. Here are the guidelines:
1. A person must post what they are betting on.
2. The person should say how many people can bet with him.
3. The person must state when bets must be placed by.
4. Both parties have to agree what the wager is.
5. Each parties will pay what they wagered if they lose.
a. If someone fails to complete his part of a wager, they will be banned from this board until further notice and investigation.
