Anyone else catch TOPPSMIKE pretty much saying that I deserved to have my account broken into and my cards stolen? That's the way I took it. So, now I have not only had my cards stolen, been annoyed via email, but now I've been insulted in an open forum. If it weren't for you guys at BHK, I most certainly would have quit! Once again, just venting.

How was your account broken into? The only way that can happen is if someone has your password. What he is saying is that if someone got your password it is most likely your fault. I work in IT all the time and sometimes I do have to be blunt with people and tell them it was their own dumb fault for giving out their password or choosing a weak password.

Not 100% certain, but I think they got my password through my email. A while back someone asked if I wanted to play in a fantasy league and asked for my email so they could send me info. This person never sent me a response, so unfortunately I don't remember their name because it didn't seem important at the time. This was (as far as I recall) the only time I gave out any kind of personal info, which was just my email name and nothing more. Can't think of any other way my info could have slipped. My issue with the article is the fact that instead of diffusing my irritation with the issue, TOPPSMIKE instead proceeds to fuel my fire by making it sound like I deserved to have my account broken into and my cards stolen. Obviously, this isn't what was meant, but the wording of the response was poor if this was the case.

Never had a good experience with bunt customer service. Have never tried to help. My advice is to become a vip cuz then you ian's email.

I have had to contact support also, as a F2P and they give rubber stamp answers, dont even look at what I said, to respond to it,then want to try and get me to buy more stuff.. sorry, if customer service doesnt get better, then this may be my last year.. I agree with Sydebyrns, to have TOPPSMIKE cut you down in a Q&A, which, really, is just a puff piece for them to say they listen to us when all they do is hem haw around the questions and laugh other ones off.. Sorry, but, my venting,lol

Paying was a joke. I'll never spent a penny on this app. But just saying I have only had 1 experience with huddle customer service and it was amazing. I do the surveys just to give bunt customer service a 1.
