I have been hearing alot lately about a new app coming out very soon. Some rumors have it that it will be a NASCAR app. This makes sense as Press Pass Inc. just lost the NASCAR trading card licence. Have any of you guys heard anything?

Mike was tossing around ideas one day on a Q & A about maybe a new app..... Hockey was one said "I would like to have an app for the NHL"..... Other ideas have been tossed around articles such as Basketball, NASCAR and even golf.... I like all of those ideas but I think they need to get these three apps down solid before running to open new things..

I've also heard possibly WWE, UFC, Garbage Pail Kids, or Star Wars.

Heard it's not UFC. Only other sports-related license Topps has is WWE which makes me feel that's what it's going to be.

The reason I hypothesized NASCAR was because the NASCAR license has been open for a couple months now, and there have been quite a few trading card companies (including Topps) chasing it since Press Pass went out of business. |

WWE is in my opinion the most viable one. Theres a huge untapped fanbase for something like this.

They already struggle to consistantly keep to their stated plans and release times. I fail to see how another app will improve this. Maybe they should address the quality of their other apps before opening another.
