Hey so I started playing this game after some YouTubers showed it off. The first thing I noticed is that I didn't get my 50 free packs, the next thing I noticed is that the actual matches do not update properly. I think that my players still get me points if they play, but my matches screen is broken, apparently the next match that is coming up is Bayern VS Wolfsburg on the 31st of Jan. There are never any matches in progress. Another thing I noticed is when there are free packs on the bulletin, I can never claim them. And one last thing is I was saving up for a Bundesliga jumbo pack for 5k coins, and I opened it and my game crashed and I didn't recieve any players yet I lost the coins. Any help on fixing these issues? (Might just be my phone, for example, Snapchat will NEVER load pictures.) Thanks.  |

Well it sounds to me that some of the issues could be your phone, but I'll try and provide some thoughts.
It's been a while since I joined, but the 50 free packs I'm pretty sure refers to the number of coins they give you for free when you are starting out. At that time you typically have a new member store that has packs that are discounted, maybe 200 or 300 coins each. So I think the 50 free packs refers to the coins they give you for free that you can use to buy those discounted packs.
I used to have a number of problems with the match center and matches showing up, but have not had any problems in the past couple months. I typically just go to the home screen, click on the matches area right below your user info, scroll through the matches one by one and click on the play triangle icon next to the match when I want to "play" players for that match. If you go to the "My cards" section and sort by match, it definitely does not show the matches properly or the upcoming matches. This is typically how I would play cards in Bunt or huddle, but it doesn't work well in kick.
The free packs on the bulletin have worked fine for me, so this may be a phone issue. Last Friday they had a free pack store 3 times during the day and the server was overloaded each time, so it was nearly impossible to open any of the free packs. I have not had any issues with the bulletin free packs though.
With regards to the app crash / pack open: this has happened to me numerous times, but I usually always still receive my cards. Go to the "My cards" section and click on the icon on the top right with two arrows, sort your cards by date acquired and you will probably find the cards you opened, but didn't get to unveil in the pack. If they really aren't there, go to the home screen, go to the upper right and click on support. Send Topps a note about the problem and they will hopefully issue you the cards or refund your coins. I've had much better support from Topps Kick than Topps Bunt when dealing with problems, so hopefully they can fix it for you.

(I was in the build trade menu because I was gonna trade for another Wolfsburg player because it said I needed it.) |
