Ever been insulted or sworn at because a trade was supposedly unfair? I have, and I am wondering if Bunt admin would do anything if I reported the user. Thick skin or not, no one should have to deal with these kind of responses on a 'fun' app. Worth reporting?

I know someone who went on a racist rant against another user in a trade (things I wont repeat here) finishing by saying "If I saw you in person I would kill you". I had a screenshot, reported it on the app and in Twitter - Hanford saw the screenshot in a Twitter message. The guy was gone for a while but then saw him back on the Fan Feed about a week later. Should you report it? Sure. Will they do anything? No.

Indeed, I have updated my ticket a couple of times but no response. I then called Topps themselves and they gave me an email address, but said there was no number to call for the app and they didn't even know if there was a 2015 set of Bunt cards coming out. I am thinking of calling back to see if I can file a complaint, or to get them to react with claims that the Topps brand allows cyberbullying and hate speech. I thought my experience was bad, but to read Smada's comments about unreconciled efforts is astonishing. I'm going to try and pursue this as long as possible ...

Just a follow up: I did contact Topps via their online page and their email address (given to me from a phone call made to the company). The two tickets I submitted were just recently followed up by two different people, both stating that they would be looking into the user. Though neither would detail what, if any, discipline would be doled out to the rude user, one wrote that I "won't be getting harassed any longer". Though I hope this user won't be seen for awhile on Bunt, I would be satisfied if they got the message one way or the other that people shouldn't be treated poorly.
I encourage anyone to report, and persevere in reporting by following up, someone who uses any Topps app as something to promote hate speech, bullying, or vulgarity. It seems that Topps will respond at this point.

They finally banned him. However, he went on his twitter account and started ranting me and @nudodgers out using hashtags like #banNUDODGERS and making all this BS about me. Long story short, I got banned for 24 hours.

Also, Topps says that they will not disclose what punishments they do to the user...
