Entering Contests Opens Doors to Selling Coins?

I wonder if the HEAD-TO-HEAD contests opens the doors to be able to sell coins? If there was ever a need to sell or buy coins couldnt two players agree on a price and then enter a contest with one team agreeing to purposely lose in order to redistribute coins? Similar to purchasing cards on ebay. Bid on ebay, Pay by Paypal, Send lopsided trade to acquire card. This can also be used to redistribute coins amongst accounts held by same person. Could also open up the opportunity to sell cards for coins.

I think the contests have much larger groups than that, so I don't think you will be able to collude like that.
