With the new edition of bunt, I went from a collection score of 75.5 to 48.8. Did this happen from 2013 to 2014 as well? I've got most of the '12, '13, and '14 base so I was a bit surprised that the new '15 stuff would sink it so much ... but maybe it just does.

There was no collection score in 2013. But for me, I've been seeing three different collection scores for my account in the last couple of days in different parts of the app. I used to be at 85.7, and now I see 77 ish, 87, and 80.

Honestly, the collection score formula was probably designed by Mike. I had 13 sigs last season and had a score of 70. I was in the 90's last season, then continuously kept dropping and I'm at a 64.7 right now.

There is going to be a lot more weight on new cards + 2014 for your collection score. If your collection consisted of a ton of '12 and '13 cards, you are likely to take a hit because all 2014 cards are now wrapped into the NFS section. Similarly, Limited section cards gave a good boost and now all those have moved to NFS as well. % of collection completed has a lot to do with it as well, so your score should go up as you obtain more and more of the base cards from '15.

Looks like it was a bug, as my score jumped all the way back up to where it used to be. Strange!

Another incentive to spend more money, to raise your arbitrary collection score.

My score skyrocketed from about 77 to 85.
