What's the exchange rate on 2014 base in relation to 2015 base. Would love to utilize all my 2014 dupes to help fill my 2015 sets, but don't want to upset people by under offering but I also don't want to give away the store.

I think that a general exchange rate is difficult because there is a huge difference in rarity proportion from 2014 to 2015.
2015 white are currently around the 29,000 circulation quantity
2015 green are around 5,500
2015 red are around 2,100
With most all of the Bunt packs being a 80% white/ 15% green / 5% red split, it has made the rarity difference much bigger than last year. Especially since you have to spend real money (for the most part) to obtain blues and golds.
I would say that you might be able to trade 2 white commons for 1 2015 white common since there are already so many of them. Higher rarities might be much more.
The main difficulty might be finding someone that values the 2014 base and wants it. I do value it, but I'm already swimming in 2014 base duplicates. I've been working on trading my 2015 duplicates, for any cards I need (which are mostly inserts). In general I've been able to trade 9 2015 white duplicates for 2 older inserts (or 2012/2013 base cards I need.)

I am always willing to trade 2015 white, red and green (Sold Out Cards are not available) for older base cards
