Are the Go Boosts behind the pay wall now or am I missing something? Or have they always been behind the pay wall?

I pulled a Wainwright GO boost from the Payoff Pitch pack on Sunday, which is not behind the pay wall.

I guess I should have updated that I overlooked them being in the Payoff Pitch pack. Didn't figure it out until yesterday afternoon. I was finally able to trade for one though.
