So I bought a new iPhone the other day to replace my old 4s. When I downloaded topps bunt and tried to log in it gave me the already registered on another device. So I just created a new account and transferred the cards over to my new account. When one day I go on to get my coins and it says to contact topps or whatever so I do it and it says that I have been permanently banned for "card cycling" so I explain my situation and how I got a new phone and just transferred them and how I spent my hard earned money on this game and they say the decision is final and there is no way we will reverse it. Yet there are scammers and such running around on the loose. Sheesh topps

That is ridiculous. Topps management is starting to really go downhill. I feel for ya man.

My only suggestion for you is to try and explain the issue to someone other than support. Most of the support people will treat you like utter crap and blame you for the worlds problems. I've had run in's with them recently in Kick, and if it wasn't for the fact I've invested so much, I would have walked. They seem to forget who supports their pay check. It kind of makes me laugh with the "card cycling". Now a days in bunt most coin cards have a max payout 5k and under.

I've heard some people having success with asking on Twitter. I've also seen when Mike, and Hansford are in the articles chatting that they will sometimes help as well. well.
