I just purchased twelve (12) Super Signature Packs at 75,000 coins each for a total of 900,000 coins. Given the stated odds I should have received at least 5 regular sigs and one variant sig. Instead I receiev ZERO.
This has been a really bad BUNT WEEK. First the BP2 Award Redemption fiasco and now this.
It may be time to call it quits. I have a great collection willing to sell all or pieces through ebay/paypal.
Name Here is same name on BUNT.

I sent an inquiry to Support. Their response was basically, "s**t happens"

This week really has gone downhill for Topps. I've never seen the app run this poorly with so little response. They're going to run everyone off.

Instead I receiev ZERO. I am not sure I follow your math.... The odds for the super signature packs was 1 in 12.5 packs for a regular and 1 in 35 packs for a variant. So for buying 12 packs you were just under the odds to get one regular signature card not 5. I am all for calling out Topps for their faults, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

I believe the odds for Regular Sig is 1 in 125 cards in the regular packs and 1 in 12.5 cards in the Super Signature Packs. All odds are based per card NOT per pack. Thus you would think that after buying THREE Super Packs for a total of 15 cards at a price of 225,000 coins that you have a damn good shot to hit at least one SIG. In perspective.. I bought TWELVE packs or 60 cards for a total of 900,000 coins without any success of hitting a sig or variant sig. That is suspiciously VERY BAD LUCK!

My understanding is that the odds are always per pack, not per card. Where did you get the idea that they were per card?

If the odds were per card, most of us would be behind about 100,000,000 inserts LOL
