Topps I'm 90% sure has his real life card rights, because I have an ichiro card but it could be upper deck

I have multiple topps Ichiro cards, ranging from back in 2003/2004. (he is one of my favorite players).
So, yes, Topps has had Ichiro's rights to cards for a while, which is why I am so confused on why they couldn't make a BUNT card for him.

Still don't think they will be able to. However, they did get Tanaka's, but doesn't look like they will try to get his rights.
