i used to love this game and played it mostly in early 2013. i stopped playing after the cardinals lost the world series for some reason, i just lost interest. ive gotten back into the game recently and i want to know what goes for what and if im getting scammed. i had a great collection when i played earlier (highlighted by mystery cutch) and i want to get back to the same level. can someone give me the lowdown on card values and how much i can get for my old 2012/2013 cards?

Welcome back!
Old cards have a real polarizing value. There are some (like me) that would trade quite a bit to fill in rare base/inserts that one doesn't have from those years, as the cards can only be gotten through active, veteran BUNT users. Many of those who request old cards on the Fan Feed aren't willing to pay a premium and tend to ask for multiple old base for 2015 base cards (usually a red or some greens). You will likely have to send out some feelers to various traders to see what kind of trader they are to make it worth your while. I imagine there are traders out there who would pay well for that Mystery Cutch as well as other old inserts/sigs, you just have to find them.
If you see anything of interest in my collection (Puntopower) feel free to send something along.

Agree with murke. Lots of folks think old = worthless. Those are the guys I try to find. Trade an active chase card for a few older inserts. Makes both sides happy. But there's still a lot of folks who value the older cards. I personally value 2013 cards very highly.

I agree with both comments above, many newer user view 2014/13 as "worthless". This is simply a narrow minded view in my opinion. I created a site called BuntRank.com that attempts at putting together user rankings all non 1/1 inserts. Obviously the rankings are not perfect and not the views of everyone, but I think it's a good starting point to at least make sure you are not getting ripped off. Welcome back and hope to see you around.
