Guys,
What constitutes completing a master set of cards for a team. Is it all cards that can be purchased in packs? Does it include cards given out in contests & awards? Does it include cards that VIP diamond fans receive of that team (e.g. 1/1)?
Thanks

I'm not sure if there is a formal definition, but I view it as any non-1/1 card that pictures the a player in that team's uniform/card about that team. For example, I'm going after the Angel's team set and while Pujols is on the Angels, I'm not going to go after his cards that picture him on the Cardinals, nor should I have to get the 2013 Freese Cardinals cards to complete an Angels team set.
The Yankees for example have Ruth & Gehrig gold die cut sigs at counts 3 & 4 making that team set fairly impossible (since those cards will likely never get moved). Because of that, people would consider that set to be all Yankees other than those cards.
In the end it's up to you on whether you want to include contests etc., but personally I'm going to chase after all Angels non-1/1 cards, which includes Trout 10 count BOB.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
