Any plans for more partnerships with BHK and TOPPS? And will BHK ever be named the official forum/website of TOPPS BUNT? We're always open to do fun stuff with you guys and we're always open to ideas on how to do so. We can't name BHK the official Topps BUNT forum because we don't own/moderate it, you guys do. Plus, isn't the fact that BHK isn't moderated by us part of what makes it great? |

When will I be able to turn my iPhone to the side and type a message on bunt? I feel it would make communicating threw the trade pages much easier and allow more people to enjoy bunt even more. For example, sometimes I find my self going to the trade pages and wanting to let people know what I have, but find my self not due to the hassle of typing slowly with the small keys and my big fingers.

Why do I even send a email to bunt@topps.com to tell them if a problem I'm having when I never hear back? I emailed them about 2 different problems weeks ago and never heard anything

Why are TBT & GM cards not in the limited area of the sheet like the rest, they're sold out. PLUS , will there ever be a base pack that contains 10+ cards?? Cards in the "limited" section of the card sheet are there because of how the card's odds are constructed. The GM and TBT inserts are created in a different way, with different kinds of odds than cards like Sigs. |

So is there a way to escalate an issue submitted to the Topps Bunt site to a human representative? One of the problems I have noticed is that if the computer-automated process detects certain words in your issue ticket, it will spit out a response that may have nothing to do with your actual issue. This leads to many unnecessary loops in the process.

Will the number of cards you can lock ever increase? For us bunters with a lot of good cards it's annoying to field 50 offers of base cards for sigs a day. You should be able to lock as many cards as you want. We are definitely considering letting FANs have access to more locks. |

What are the exact thresholds to qualify for the 3 VIP levels(Gold, Black, and Diamond). Based on the notifications a few received at the end of May, it seems to be based on # of coins bought as opposed to $ spent. Do the levels fluctuate or are they set in stone? i.e. 250k coins bought in a month minimum is Gold and it will be 250k every month.

Thanks for joining us Ian!!! What happen to the 250,000 coin bundle??? No problem! Any coin bundle can come and go like packs, so if you want to make sure you can grab a certain bundle, you may want to when it's available. |

Is there any chance I will ever be reimbursed from the time I purchased 250,000 coins worth of Sunday Brunch Packs, and it turns out it was falsely advertised that the new SNBs (which I think were Drew and Hunter) were in the packs?
