Ian Why are the awards a constant issue? What's the best vehicle to suggest improvements ? I have quite a few regarding the card sheet tuliptree and organization. Honestly because handing out awards is a rather complicated process and there are several parts of the process that can go wrong. We are constantly working to make the award give outs better. So far, timed awards seem to be working better than automatic ones, which is why you are seeing a shift towards timed awards. If you write your suggestions here, I'd be happy to take note. So is there a way to escalate an issue submitted to the Topps Bunt site to a human representative? One of the problems I have noticed is that if the computer-automated process detects certain words in your issue ticket, it will spit out a response that may have nothing to do with your actual issue. This leads to many unnecessary loops in the process. I'm super happy that you asked this question because I really want to clarify this issue. If you receive an automated email response, our support team still looks at your email. In other words, a human reads every single help request that is submitted. |

Would it be possible for Topps to release an Appendix or some other document that includes the shorthand for all the sets? For example, if I go to my cards, I can type "Series1" to see all of my Signature Series cards. It'd be nice to know this to make it easy to look for cards.
On that note, has there been any consideration to adding a sort feature for inserts?

Do u think u could spend more time here on a Regular basis? Woody does and the guys from topps did on te old site. Just a way to get direct feedback. And we have some of the most knowledgeable members of the app here We definitely read the feedback that all of you guys post on here. |

The only problem with timed awards is people like me who can't afford to buy tons of coin bundles and therefore have limited coins to buy packs, have trouble getting the cards in the time allotted especially when there are multiple awards at one time. Have you guys considered putting the Limited cards at the top of the viewable cards? For the most part those are usually people's best cards. It doesn't really make much sense to have them all the way on the bottom. People should see them right away when viewing your cards. Thanks for the feedback. I'll make sure our team hears this. |

You only receive a push if you are close to the next level, meaning that not everyone gets a push. So if your in the gold already u will not get one correct. If you are already GOLD and not close to BLACK, you will not receive a push. |
