How do Diamond level VIPs get the free insert of their choice? It was mentioned in the original article and is still there. I'd really like a Kershaw sig. I'll send it to you after this Q&A! Thank you! |

Ian Why are the awards a constant issue? What's the best vehicle to suggest improvements ? I have quite a few regarding the card sheet tuliptree and organization. Honestly because handing out awards is a rather complicated process and there are several parts of the process that can go wrong. We are constantly working to make the award give outs better. So far, timed awards seem to be working better than automatic ones, which is why you are seeing a shift towards timed awards. If you write your suggestions here, I'd be happy to take note. |

When will I be able to turn my iPhone to the side and type a message on bunt? I feel it would make communicating threw the trade pages much easier and allow more people to enjoy bunt even more. For example, sometimes I find my self going to the trade pages and wanting to let people know what I have, but find my self not due to the hassle of typing slowly with the small keys and my big fingers. The only problem with timed awards is people like me who can't afford to buy tons of coin bundles and therefore have limited coins to buy packs, have trouble getting the cards in the time allotted especially when there are multiple awards at one time. Why do I even send a email to bunt@topps.com to tell them if a problem I'm having when I never hear back? I emailed them about 2 different problems weeks ago and never heard anything That email address gets hundreds of help requests everyday, and as such, can fill up rather quickly. Unfortunately, getting back to everyone can sometimes take longer than our support team would like. |

It's my opinion that there needs to be MUCH MORE communication between the development team and the users as to what bugs are being fixed. The plays in inconsistently reloading is still a major issue. I've had to have my iPhone never autolock to make sure the plays reload

Have you guys considered putting the Limited cards at the top of the viewable cards? For the most part those are usually people's best cards. It doesn't really make much sense to have them all the way on the bottom. People should see them right away when viewing your cards.
