I need one good reason why one should spend 50,000 coins for 7 cards that do not include signatures. If one wants inserts, why not just buy 10 5,000 coin packs for 50 cards and better chances? Strange...

I thought the 7th inning stretch pack was 15,000 coins...at least it was yesterday when I bought one

I think it may have been a Birthday sale. They had a clock on it. I scored lots of inserts! Wasn't chasing inserts otherwise.
Not such a deal at 50,000!

7th inning stretch was on sale yesterday for 3 yr anniversary. 50K is a joke to get 7 whites, greens, and an occasional red or insert. Combined with the Trout Career high debacle from yesterday, I'm reaching my breaking point.

I agree, I'm never ever going to touch that thing at 50k per pack.

It is as if the Bunt developers don't think users know how to do simple math or understand probability. Yeesh.

Well, mathematically it is a better deal. Last year, the pack was 25k and we got 15k per week. With these rewards, it would take about a week and a half to save up for one. This year, we are getting 85k per week which means we can open around 1.35 packs per week. The new pack prices impact paying players greatly, but will help F2P players

The pack this year, as well as last year, is poor given the cost per card and the amount of cards given. They can throw 100k at me per day and it would still not be a good deal. A chance at an insert should be easier by sticking with 5k packs over this 50k one.

And paying customers are getting destroyed. It's impossible to keep up. And here's the biggest issue I have now. In order to gain access to certain packs, I need to pay. Okay no problem. However, I can then only trade with certain people for the cards I want or need for certain sets. Here's my problem: if only a handful of people are buying these packs, there are no cards to trade for. Yesterday I, and many others ,spent the entire day trying to get Trout for Career High. As of 2:30 (less than 2 hours from deadline) only 80 had been pulled in 2 days. There was nobody I could find trading it. Then the 7th inning stretch packs came out and even still, as of this morning only 230 or so had been pulled. I spent about 800,000 coins on the stretch packs and pulled every single CH except Trout. To make matters worse, I then pulled him in the first pack I opened 40 min after the deadline. A big part of Bunt is the trade community and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find cards because only so many users buy the premium packs. It's getting very frustrating.

A big part of Bunt is the trade community and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find cards because only so many users buy the premium packs. It's getting very frustrating. I'm starting to wonder if Bunt has recognized this problem - either because the Gypsy and Career Moment inserts did not even come close to selling out before the deadline, or just because of valid complaints like the effect on the trading community. All of the inserts this week - Saberstars, Play Hard, Hightlight of the Week - plus the weekly inserts and the Stretch pack - they're all in the main Store and not locked behind the paywall. So now these cards are actually selling out, in part because F2P players can open 2 insert packs per day for free, and I'm finding it easier to locate people who are trading them. Maybe I'm wrong, but Bunt seems to be backtracking from the paywall idea that they opened the season with. I'm sure they'll still pull it out again - perhaps when they are able to correlate the size of a coin bundle purchase with the time that you are allowed behind the paywall. But for now, at least, Bunt pack availability is looking a bit more circa 2014, except now F2P players have a lot more coins to spend.

They are still keeping blues and golds behind the paywall for the most part, 75,000 coins for the one pack that gets you blues and golds is a bit steep for most F2P players. I'm guessing that the odds for inserts outside the paywall are worse, but I'm guessing you are right.

Just bought a 7th Inning Stretch pack, my first of the year. Scored 6 whites and 1 green. Un-effin-believable. Never again.
